Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep our appointment times fair for every client, here is our policy on cancellations and rescheduling.
How booking works
When you book, we securely save a card on file to confirm your appointment. Nothing is charged at the time of booking.
More than 24 hours' notice
Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment and there is no charge at all.
Within 24 hours, or a no-show
If you cancel, reschedule, or don't attend within 24 hours of your appointment, we may charge the full price of your booked service to the card on file. This reflects the genuine cost to us of being unable to offer that time slot to another client at short notice.
How to cancel or reschedule
Please contact us as soon as you know you need to change your appointment — the earlier we hear from you, the more likely we can offer that slot to someone else. Call us on 07939 277454 or email irnufaad@gmail.com.
If we need to cancel
On the rare occasion we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will let you know as early as possible and nothing will be charged.
