- The service(s) you've booked, and your appointment date and time
- If you choose to pay a deposit online, payment is processed directly by Stripe — we do not see or store your full card details
If you create an account, we also store your name and email address so you can view your booking history.
How We Use Your Information
- To confirm and manage your appointment
- To send booking confirmations and updates by email
- To process deposit payments securely through Stripe
- To improve our services
Who We Share It With
We use the following service providers to run our booking system, each of which processes your data on our behalf:
- Google Firebase — data storage and account login
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — sending confirmation emails
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
How Long We Keep It
We keep booking records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal and accounting requirements, and account data for as long as your account is active.
